Issue:
Password Unknown
Resolution:
In order to obtain a password reset, you must follow the steps below:
1. Once at the login screen, click on Retrieve Password then click Dynamic Password
2. Take a screenshot/picture of the Pop-up screen showing the MAC address and Current Time
*Note: You cannot close out of the reset pop-up until the new password is received. Please keep this in mind and only do this when you are ready.
3. Send information to Innotech Tech Support for a Dynamic Password to unlock your recorder.
